They are extremely diversified, for damp grinding of fluid pastes, more fluid than those treated in 3 roll mills, or for fine grinding of dry powders.

We only manufacture discontinuous ball mills, with rotating drum, turned axles, up to 6000 liters of geometric capacity. The product capacity is about 1/3 of the nominal capacity. The inside of the drum may be naked steel (our types MAP..., nominal capacity in liters), or lined with porcelain tiles, or steatite or alumina tiles ( respectively our types MARP, MARS, MARA.../..., geometric/nominal capacity before and after the ceramic lining). Besides the drum may be equipped with a jacket for water cooling (suffix /2P).

In the types for dry powders we use to make around the drum a cover (final suffix /C) to collect and convey the grinded powders to the discharge. The cover has got 2 seals made of a gasket creeping on a steel ring that is turned on the drum.
