Saw toothed disc impellers for high speed dissolvers

In stainless steel AISI 304, from 1,5 up to 2,5 mm thickness, standard toothed impellers, as picture and nominal diameters [mm] in the next table.

Max. standard tooth total height 26 mm about.

The useful tip speed is from 15 up to 30 m/sec.

Besides we produce, from 390 up to 1030 mm diameter, from 3 up to 6 mm thickness, special toothed impellers, for exceptional high speed dissolvers and for top entering stirrers in big tanks. Special tooth total height on an average of 40 mm for Ø390. See table below.
